Love Is A Many Splendored Thing - Richard Hayman

I'll Cry Tomorrow
Love Is A Many Splendored Thing
Richard Hayman And His Orchestra

From the back cover: Richard Hayman – whose brilliant harmonica solo work is a dramatic mainstay of this film-theme package – is himself a graduate of Hollywood's musical movie field. During the forties, the composer-conductor received most of his early training at the studios.

He worked as a soloist and with his own harmonica group on such hit Betty Grable musicals as "Coney Island" and "Sweet Rosie O'Grady," and as arranger and performer in many great MGM musical clicks, including "Meet Me In St. Louis," "As Thousands Cheer," and "Girl Crazy." His arrangement credits at 20th-Century Fox include the memorable musical version of "State Fair" with score, of course, by Rodgers and Hammerstein.
